George and Esther Walker Award Recipients
The award, named after longtime RCPNA Chair George M. Walker and his wife Esther, is given annually (most years) by the RCPNA Board to recognize a member of the neighborhood for their outstanding service to the community. We are proud to bring the award back after a few year hiatus.
