Ready to de-clutter and do some good? Join us for the Neighborhood-wide Clean Up! Drop off approved items—whether they need a new home or just need to go—and we’ll handle the reuse, recycling, or disposal at no charge.

- Styrofoam – Green Century – We cannot accept dirty Styrofoam. Please bag packing peanuts separately.
- Metal Recycling – We will have a metal recycling trailer. First Come – First Serve.
- New This Year – We will be accepting #1 plastic takeout/fruit & vegetable containers. Must be clean and dry.

- Remodeling, demolition, or landscape materials (concrete, asphalt, dirt, sod, brick, cement, sand, gravel or roofing, flooring, walls, siding, ceilings, insulation, electrical, asbestos material)
- Hazardous waste (gasoline, chemicals, oil, tar, animal waste, liquids, batteries, prescriptions)
- Under the sink garbage
- Paints or stains
- Medical sharps or EpiPens
- CFLs
- Propane tanks
- Tires
- NO REFRIGERATORS
Re-Use-Me Sale
Turn your unneeded items into someone else’s essentials. We accept donations of clean, complete, and fully functional essential furnishings and household staples that arrive ready to go out to homes the very same day. All accepted donations must meet the following quality standards:
- Ready to go out to households the same day they arrive
- Gently-used or like-new, without excessive wear and tear
- Safe, sound, and fully functional
- Assembled and complete
- Durable, without fragile parts
- Free of odors, smoke, and pet hair
- Not excessively bulky or oversized, able to be safely carried by 2 adults
- Without need for cleaning or repairs
Suggested Donations
All donations support Rose City Park Neighborhood Association events and projects.
- Small load from a car or small SUV = $25
- Small pickup or minivan = $30
- Full-size truck, van, or full-sized SUV = $45
- Trailer only = $35
- U-Haul 15′ or more = $90+
- Electronics with a cord will require a $1 fee collected.
