Residential Infill Project draft is available online — Two opportunities to participate in RCPNA meetings and develop comments on RIP

Comments/Testimonies are being solicited now for the Residential Infill Project(RIP), see below.  I encourage each of you to comment individually to the City of Portland as well as participate in one or both of the scheduled RCPNA discussions.

PSC(Planning and Sustainability Commission) hearings scheduled for May 8 and 15th.  Their recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration in late summer.

Scheduled RCPNA Meetings on RIP:

  • The RCPNA LU & TC are scheduled to discuss this item at our next meeting, Thurs. April 19th 7-9 pm at the Early Head Start Auditorium at Owen Blank School, 909 NE 52nd.
  • The RCPNA Board are scheduled to review this item and the LU & TC recommendation on Tues. May 1st 7-9 pm at the German American Society, 5626 NE Alameda.

Both meeting are open to the public.  Please review this material prior to these scheduled meetings to assist us in making a constructive recommendation to the City.
