Organize and prepare the block – 20 houses
Who lives where, what do they know, what do they have, what do they need? When everyone has this information, the street can organize to work together and take care of each other during emergencies.

When the Who’s Who spreadsheet has been completed: Email it to everyone on the list. It can be added to or changed as needed. If they choose, participants can also have their information submitted to their local Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) for next level response during and after emergencies.

Street “cache” of emergency gear: These are the common tools that the street will use to take care of its residents’ needs. Create 1 or 2 kits, and locate them where everyone knows their location.
