Alert! The City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability is proposing to rezone all Single Dwelling residential properties inside the Rose City Park Neighborhood Association boundary to allow up to 4-units per lot in their proposed Residential Infill Project(RIP). RCPNA is requesting your participation in a neighborhood questionnaire regarding the City proposed Residential Infill Project by Wed. Nov. 15th.

The Land Use and Transportation Committee(LU & TC) will be meeting on Thurs. Nov. 16th to review the questionnaire results at their meeting from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Head Start School located at 909 NE 52nd Ave.

Note: Shortly, RCPNA will be conducting an e-mail survey to obtain your feedback of our Land Use & Transportation Committee(LU&TC) recommendations on this proposal. The results of this neighborhood survey will be discussed at the next LU & TC meeting on Thurs. Nov. 16th from 7-9 pm at Head Start in the Owen Blank School, located at 909 NE 52nd Ave. (next to Frazer Park). RCPNA final recommendation to the PSC will be rendered at this meeting.
